Our team contacts the decision makers identified who will support and advocate for clients' products addition to National Formulary, Joint Deployment Formulary, and individual MTF formulary lists
Our teams also coordinate with client's managed market and legal team regarding pricing and contracting, as both FSS pricing and inclusion on the DAPA contract are essential to procurement within this channel
• Identify product differentiators in the market and procurement process
• Gather current sales data detailing the utilization of client's product(s) and patient population
• Utilize information and data analytics gathered to establish a budget, launch timeline, pricing and contract deadlines, as well as expectations for a ROI
