The Inside Sales team is able to cover low, mid, and select high decile accounts, allowing the Field representative to focus on key accounts that are crucial to market success. Additionally, the Inside Sales team is able to provide key support by scheduling live in-services for the field rep, providing education & marketing materials, and CRM/Database management. The Inside Sales to Field Sales ratio can be as high as 5 to 1, depending on product and account requirements. This blended model also allows the Inside Team to take on White Space coverage, which further increases sales opportunity!
